Bob Leduc – President, 787, Space Systems & US Classified Programs
Robert F. Leduc is President of UTC Aerospace Systems’ 787, Space Systems & U.S. Classified Programs. Prior to this he was President, Flight Systems and U.S. Classified Programs, having joined Hamilton Sundstrand in December 2004 after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of UTC’s Pratt & Whitney division.
Leduc has risen to the top ranks of the United Technologies Corp. since joining Pratt & Whitney (P&W) as an engineer in 1978. In 2000, Leduc was named President, Commercial Engines, P&W’s largest business segment. Leduc was named Chief Operating Officer in September 2000 and Executive Vice President in 1999 as he improved the organization’s performance through lean manufacturing techniques and business process improvements. From 1995 to 1999 Leduc served as Senior Vice President, Programs & Services, where he had program responsibility for the PW2000, PW4000 and PW6000 engine programs.
Leduc sits on the board of Hamilton Sundstrand Space Systems International (HSSSI) and on the UMass Dartmouth Foundation Board.
