Customers

Welcome to the UTC Aerospace Systems Customer page! We intend to make this transition as smooth as possible and are taking great efforts to ensure that there is no impact to your day-to-day transactions. To make it easier for our customers to do business with us we have two customer-focused groups.

The Customer Service group led by Cindy Egnotovich is responsible for the overall customer experience and customer-related services.  This group will include a global team of experts to ensure wherever and whenever our customers need a solution, we are ready to support them.

The OE Aerospace Customers & Business Development group led by Gail Baker includes OEM customer leaders and strong platform and program management. This group is responsible for ensuring that we execute on the programs currently in development and production, and that we are ready to address new platforms.

Your business is important to us.  We will continue to update you as we progress in this process, in the interim please continue to work with your current point-of-contact. We appreciate the relationship we have with your organization, and we are tremendously excited about our future together.

Customer FAQ

Will the customer tools, processes and/or procedures be changing?

There is no change at this time, and as we move forward with integration activities, any changes will be communicated timely. As a result, the Customer Response Center will remain the focal point for all AOG and technical support inquiries for legacy Hamilton Sundstrand products and services, while the Goodrich 24-7 service will remain the focal point for all AOG exchange and critical spares requirements for legacy Goodrich products and services. Customers should continue to use the legacy myHS and Goodrich Customer Portal systems to search for parts and check order status. Click the links to the right in order to access these sites.

Who should I contact for order status or parts availability inquiries?

Please continue to use the myHS and Goodrich Customer Portal systems to search for parts and check order status.

How do I order spare parts?

Should I continue to send parts for repair to the same locations?

Yes, please continue to send parts requiring overhaul or repair to the same facilities to which you have sent them in the past.
