Customer Portal Migration
UTC Aerospace Systems introduced a new Customer Portal in January 2016 with a new URL for Hamilton Sundstrand Spares and Repair: https://www.customers.utcaerospacesystems.com. Our intent is to bring the whole company together in a modern unified instance. This will be a phased transition.
The Legacy Hamilton Sundstrand Technical Publications (HSVAS) was migrated to the new site. Goodrich Technical Publications is occurring now, with an expected go-live date of April 24th, 2017. Finally, our phased migration will be completed in mid-2017 with the introduction of our Goodrich ecommerce businesses.

What has changed?
The new website address for both Hamilton Sundstrand ecommerce and Technical Publication is: https://www.customers.utcaerospacesystems.com. This will also be the new website address for Goodrich Technical Publications effective April 24th, 2017.
The basic ecommerce functionality has not changed. You will be able to search parts, submit RFQs, place orders, and view order status.
The Technical Publications search function has been improved and you will now be able to see all of your requested and viewable publications via your 'My Publications' page.
For notification of new publications and publication updates, please setup your email preferences using the User Guide (Email Preferences and Notification Management).
Training Materials will be transitioned over to the Customer Training Learning Management System (LMS) online site at: https://utc-external.plateau.com/learning/user/login.jsp. You will be able to search the course catalog, view the instructor-led scheduled course offerings, and access training materials that include Training Manuals (TM) and online-learning courses. If you have attended a UTC Aerospace Systems course after 2013, you may already have a User ID for the LMS (this is different than your HSVAS/Portal login). The Ground Support Equipment request for quote functionality has not changed. You will be directed to the GSE website, https://utasweb.utc.com/gse, to submit your tooling and test equipment quote requests.
Will I need a new ID or password?
No, you will not need a new ID or Password. If you are currently registered on the HSVAS website, or if you are an existing user of the new UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS) Customer Portal, you will continue using the same login credentials.
If you had an inactive account with Hamilton Sundstrand on the legacy PowerPage or HSVAS sites, you will need to re-register for access to our new website. Please click the "Request Access" button on our home page.
What about Legacy Goodrich?
For now, Goodrich Customer Portal website remains available via www.customers.goodrich.com. If you require access to Goodrich information, and you currently do not have an account, please submit a separate registration request directly via the Goodrich websites provided.
