UTC Aerospace Systems’ Technical Support team provides performance-on-demand services in the areas of technical issues resolution, training, product issue engineering and document services.

Supported by a 24/7 Customer Response Center (CRC), UTC Aerospace Systems has an experienced and knowledgeable staff available to respond to your in-service technical issues and repair support needs for all UTC Aerospace Systems components and systems. Our knowledgeable staff includes Aftermarket Program Management, Customer Technical Training, Field Service, Product Performance/Reliability, Retrofit Management, Service Engineering and Technical Publications.

UTC Aerospace Systems offers maintenance, familiarization and overhaul/repair training for owners and operators on applicable in-service UTC Aerospace Systems products. Our technical training services are scheduled to meet the needs of our customers and to maximize aircraft safety with effective and efficient product training programs. Our highly trained Field Service professionals focus on maximizing system reliability by supporting the maintenance and engineering organizations. Whether it’s training, troubleshooting or other technical support needs, our network is strategically located around the world and trained to provide prompt responses to customer inquiries across multiple UTC Aerospace Systems product lines.

Service Engineering

The UTC Aerospace Systems Service Engineering network provides in-service technical support and troubleshooting to airline operators for their maintenance, repair and overhaul needs. Our knowledgeable staff is comprised of a diverse group of experienced engineers dedicated to solving technical issues related to all UTAS products.

Product Performance/Reliability

The UTC Aerospace Systems Product Performance Team (PPT) tracks the in-service reliability performance for many of our products using the OnTrack™ reliability database. Production, removal, and overhaul and repair records are collected from UTC Aerospace Systems sites worldwide and participating operators.
