The KA Technical Services group provides technical assistance and support to operators of
Kidde Aerospace products including commercial & charter airlines, freight carriers, aircraft
owner / operators and military forces. Technical assistance provided covers:
  • Response to technical questions and issues
  • On site technical support
  • Product/system trouble shooting
  • Repair support
  • Product upgrades & retrofits
  • Defect/warranty investigation
  • Training programs for operation, use and maintenance of all Kidde Aerospace products including support equipment and tools.
